What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM for Motels and Cabins and 4:00 PM for Houses. Check-out is at 11:00 AM for all properties. If you need an early check-in or late check-out, let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Do you allow dogs at your properties?

Yes, we welcome pets with a pet fee to help with additional cleaning. There is a $25 pet fee (per pet) for motel rooms and cabins and a $50 pet fee (per pet) for houses. This fee is used to help cover additional labor required to clean and sanitize our properties.

What if I have to change or cancel my trip?

Full refund for cancellations more than 30 days before arrival date.

75% refund for cancellations between 14-29 days before arrival date.

50% refund for cancellations between 7-13 days before arrival date.

25% refund for cancellations between 3-6 days before arrival date.

No refund for cancellations between 0-2 days before arrival date.

Is there Wi-fi?

Yes, all of our properties are equipped with complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi so you can stay connected during your visit.

What amenities are provided?

We provide fresh bedding, towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, coffee and a coffee maker, a mini-fridge, and a microwave in most units. Larger properties may also include fully equipped kitchens, washers and dryers, and additional comforts.

Is parking available?

Yes, free on-site parking is available at all of our properties. The motel, cabins and most houses even have enough space for boats and trailers.

How far are the properties from the Oahe River?

Our properties are conveniently located just minutes from the Oahe River, making them perfect for fishing, boating, and enjoying the outdoors.

Can I book a property for an extended stay?

Absolutely! We offer special rates for longer stays, including weekly and monthly bookings. Contact us for details or to request a custom quote.

Are the properties family-friendly?

Our properties are not necessarily tailored for children. We don’t have baby or child specific amenities such as cribs, child-friendly kitchen utilities, etc but if you bring your own items and are comfortable having them in our units, you are welcome to.
